LATE POLICY

 As We Understand Things Happen, there is a 15 minute grace period- after 15 minutes there is a $25 late fee. Anytime after will result in immediate Cancellation unless communicated otherwise.

 If You Decide To Cancel Your Appointment, it must Be Done within 24hrs Or 50% will be charged. NO Call/ NO Show will be charge 50% deductible.

DROP-OFF PROTOCOL

All Lace Must Be Dropped Of 3-5 Days In Advance Unless You’ve Added Same Day Customization To Your Appointment Which is A 50$ Extra Fee. Please Label Wig With NAME, DATE & TIME. DROP OFFS SHALL Be Done Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. If You Fail To Add Same Day Customization Service, Please Contact us at 314-906-8587 to see if we’re able to accommodate you. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation.

I Will Not Accept T Part Wigs At All.

Please Come With Hair Fully Washed, Blow Dried And Detangled Unless You’ve Booked Shampoo As A Service.

If You Are Reusing Bundless Please Make Sure Tracks Are Clean, Detangled, Dry and Sectioned By Length For New Install.

Please Be Aware That All Wigs From Top Tier Express Collection Are Preorder & Will Take 5-7 days To Arrive So Book Accordingly.
